...A word about Environmental Partners (EP)
The instructors for this course are or have been practicing environmental attorneys. Most of the instructors also teach environmental and administrative law in law schools throughout the nation. Each instructor has 8 to 20 years experience in the practice and teaching of environmental law. Bio-sketches of the instructors are contained in this website.
Aside from their undergraduate and law school education, and continued research in the field, the instructors have also received training from the Army Corps, Office of Chief Counsel, regarding interpretation of the regulations as they might affect Corps operations. Overall, the instructors have been selected by the US Army Corps of Engineers to teach this course because of their excellent qualifications and experience.
General Proviso
For this program, and for all potential spin-offs of the program, the instructors are contract employees of Environmental Partners. Although they can answer general questions regarding the application of environmental law to specific situations, the responses should not be constructed as legal advice.
